Service

We schedule a time that is convenient to you
One of our engineers will attempt to fix the problem on site
If the problem can't be fixed on site your PC will be taken to our engineering centre
The problem will be corrected and your system tested
Your PC will returned, at a time convenient to you.


Prices

Prices are charged at the normal rate of £40 for the first half an hour, then £15 for every 15 minutes thereafter. Most problems are fixed within the first half an hour.
